Since it has loads of calcium, carbohydrates and proteins, it works as a good moisturiser for dry and chapped skin care. Even when you are down with redness, skin acne and pimples, curd proves to be a brilliant remedy in reducing skin breakouts.

Curd helps attain crystal clear skin care internally as well as externally plus it leaves your epidermis with gleam and smoothness. Besides natural skin care, curd can also be used for health care and hair care. Curd can effectively fight with free radicals and thus helps in delaying wrinkles appearing on face. Skin care ageing is prevented by the lactic acid present in the curd. Mix a tbsp. olive oil and 3 tbsp. yogurt. Apply the same and leave it for half an hour. Do this 3 times a week.

A very effective product to fight with fungal infections, directly apply some amount of curd on affected area. For quick and best result repeat this 4-5 times a day.

To rejuvenate your dull and tired complexion, apply a thick layer of fresh curd on skin and gently massage it. Leave this for 10-15 minutes then wash with fresh water. Curd is rich in lactic acid, which is hydroxyl-acid, a natural way to exfoliate and hydrate skin. Take masoor lentils, orange peel and yogurt; grind them together in form of paste. Apply this natural homemade face pack all over the face for 15-20 minutes, then wash with fresh water. After some repetition, you will see natural glow added to your skin. Add some honey to this paste for extra moisture if your skin is dry.
